I enjoyed 9 round trainers and the facilities. Then I tried to cancel my membership due to moving out of state. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. After I turned my written cancellation in with more time than requested, the owner never received it because "she was on vacation" and I still was charged for a gym membership for two months after. I disputed these charges and again received more collection calls from 9 round for "returning payments". Now 3 months later I am still trying to follow up to get this resolved. BEWARE. They will get you to sign up and then it is an absolute joke to attempt to cancel.
