I've dealt with Aarons for years now without any problem, until my 60 inch tv's hdmi port collapsed in.. Now I've had aarons come out and fix a lot of things and never dealt with stuff like this. They call and say they'll be there the next day and never show up... So then I reschedule for Monday and when the guy comes out to look at it he claims that we had roaches and its what collapsed the tv! MY LANDLORD IS AN EXTERMINATOR there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY we have roaches. I called a few other people and say they've done the exact same thing about them, I will never EVER work with them again.
