We rented a unit, and put in some shelving, nothing special, just basic stuff. The unit was paid through 2 months. We had forgotten to bring a lock, and so came back the next day. Shelves were gone. The guy working there said "oh yeah, well, we saw there was no lock, so we figured you were moving out. We took them, I gave some to my buddies." When we asked "why didn't we get a call? The unit is paid up for 2 months." they said that they "just forgot... sorry." I would have understood if a thief got in, there would be no blame there, but it was the people working there. If you rent here, just don't store anything valuable and keep a close eye on your stuff. The only good thing is that they gave us one free month and a 10% discount... it still doesn't come up to half of what we paid for the shelves, but they made some attempt to fix it.
