Aloft Cleveland Airport

Very nice hotel. Updated decor, lively, bright and welcoming. The room was enough space and clean. Part of the decor was a bean bag chair for sitting which was very comfortable. Also enjoyed the shower. Has a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner and shower gel mounted in a dispenser inside the shower so you don't have to have tiny bottles of each, just press the buttons to dispense. I was able to get a slightly lower rate by booking online on their website versus the walk in rate. I would definitely stay again.

Room was outstanding. It was the best I've ever seen anybody ever represent for the DISABLED. So props to their managing company. LOUD though, paper thin walls with too much noise. I heard way too much. I found a condom wrapper in the iron board area. Gross! Then it's just Cleveland... So it just sucks. In all the usual Cleveland ways. Lazy staff, seething resentment and hostility for needing to take care of you, etc. Their carts are a major liability. I severely injured my foot with the cart when bringing my luggage in. Reported to lazy resentful, hostile Cleveland staff who of course refused to look up while texting on phone to pretend to care. This was the actual scenario guys when I reported it. FYI... Your carts are dangerous, and I was badly injured. Your hotel is beautiful though! I'll give you that.
