I needed a dress taken up and thought I’d call the place closest to me with the highest reviews. I genuinely don’t know how they have good reviews if their reception is any indication of the business’s attitude toward customers. I called and asked the woman how long it would take to get a dress altered, and if there was any possibility it would be available this week. She rudely said no and then laughed as if it were a stupid question. I understand alterations aren’t always a quick turnaround, but I was just wondering if they would be able to help me. Terrible customer service, I’m glad I will not be doing business with them.
