Let me start by saying the last time we came to this location we were told it would be a 45 minute wait . We look around and a lot of the tables had dirty dishes stacked on them with food on the floor . Tonight we thought we would give them a second chance. Was told 40 minutes this must be their standard even though there was empty booths . I asked the reception person why they couldn't seat someone in these booths and was told the servers can't keep up . After getting setted and ordered our food it took 45 minutes for the manager to bring our food. I told him how unhappy I was with their service and the reply I got was they were doing the best they can.If this is the best he can do then he needs to fired. What ever happened to customer service especially in the food service industry .
