Arby's

I went thru drive thru ordered 3 meals was not busy I paid and was asked to pull around building because they were taking my items fresh in fryer, he came out handed me my order I get home all is hot except for the curly fries they we're cold and hard as a rock and I ordered a French dip and received no sauce for dipping. It was nice potato cakes and cheese sticks were hot but they could have dropped fries also, this is called either no common scence or they just don't care about their job.

Very friendly service but hasn't gotten my order right yet! Been charged for things I order and haven't gotten food.. when my lunch time rolls around that's when I notice it! When I tried to call 3 times no one answered... That's now 4 of us who don't want to go there anymore.. it's really sad because I LOVE Arby's food..
