I hated the case worker Anola, she treated my family and I like we were very incoherent and didn't understand anything. We were fully aware of what she was saying but she kept looking at us with a puzzled look like she had no clue what a security officer was and told me to be more specific. She also treated us like a child and kept repeating herself slowly.
