Balance Pan-Asian Grille

I've been a loyal customer of Balance for nearly 4 years now, but I had the best experience at this location! I came for lunch with my friends, one of their kids and a new puppy. Completely unrelated, but prior to walking in I had taken a tumble and scrapped up my knee pretty bad which one of the workers noticed. I was so surprised by how he made sure someone got a first aid kit without me even mentioning I had fallen! They ask you plenty of helpful questions when you're ordering so you know all of the options they offer! As we got all of our food, one of the workers came out who was on break, but still made sure our food was tasty and even made sure I was okay! I've never had a bad experience with Balance, but this location definitely went above and beyond with customer service!
