Banfield Pet Hospital

We called in originally about services for our cats. I was hesitant to even go because of the bad reviews but we're desperate. The girl on the phone reiterated to me about a free check up for all of my animals and that we can be billed and pay later for. We go in and none of this was true. They were trying to get me to pay for my cats free visit doing a bunch of stuff we told them not to do. They refused to even honor what the girl on the phone said. This place is a waste of time and over priced for services you can get elsewhere for cheap. These people lie more then a used car salesman just to get you in the door. Do no waste your time!!! You've read the other reviews and now your reading mine. Do not bother with this place. You've been warned.
