This use to be a very good and reliable business but in the past 3 years it's customer service has deteriorated immensely. We called them to come out and give us a quote for a particular job and they never returned our call that we made more than once. Just recently I called them to come and look at our air conditioner that was not working. They gave me an appointment and never showed or called to cancel. I have found someone else now when I need something done. I will not call Barley's again and certainly would not recommend them.
