Honestly the place was costly and did offer us things to buy outside of what my cat already had gone though with the procedures. Yet they were things that would be useful. The staffing seemed pretty nice and open to helping and welcoming us in even when we showed up new and out of the blue. We brought in our older cat Cheese and they had to do tests to see what all around what could be wrong since this was our first time going there. But they found the problem with the x-rays made sure he was negative on some tests and found some other things we couldn't really know about without taking this trip. My kitty Cheese and I are on the way to feeling better and taking our meds to happy have a check up in 3 weeks. And also bringing in out 2nd cat Harley there for an over view to make sure he's all good as well. Good care, up front about what we're paying and why, just cost a bit much for the normal pet owner.
