I have never had such a bad experience anywhere. We bought a laptop with a warranty. We went to get it repaired today and were totally ignored by the geek squad. FOR 20 MINUTES. No one even talked to us. I called the store later to complain to the manager. After 10 minutes on hold I was told the manager was unavailable. Really? This is the RUDEST store I've ever been to.
