Didn't do way I asked wanted layered. She layered the bottom of the back, left the top and sides long, said I wanted it layered so she wasn't happy and stared over quickly . MY HAIR IS A MESS!!! Top is not even, everyone tells me what a mess my hair is. Will never go back and WILL not recommend to anyone.
