I tried out the restaurant after discovering it on Groupon. I got a carry out order and thought the food tasted decent. I left a positive review saying while the food is fine the value isn't as great as it should be. This prompted the business owner to leave a comment accusing me of lying about their value. I then left a Facebook review saying that it was unprofessional and rude for a business owner to respond to a customer's concern like that. I also noticed other reviews on the page brought up similar issues that the owner was very rude to them. After leaving a review, I was blocked from their page with the owner completely denying their bad behavior. They then reported my Facebook review and requested a removal. The owner also started privately messaging me and had family/friends harass me. Thankfully, there are many other avenues I can share my experience with. Blocking me from Facebook just prompted me to post my experience on other platforms. Overall stay away. By boycotting the business you will give the business owner a wake-up call on how they treat customers and that censoring negative criticism will not be tolerated.
