Biggby Coffee

To the owner of this franchise, I went through drive up window, the employee refuse to take or honor my coupon from my phone. She stated this was instructed per owner. Seriously! Do you people want to loose business because of a freaken coupon that can't be printed on paper?? The coupon also never stated it must be printed before using. Then we asked the employee for a frappe made drink and she gave us iced cubes instead! Bigbys lost my business completely over a coupon, don't waste your time or money going to this location. If this company can't honor a simple coupon they advertise on their website, they deserve no business from me or friends and family! I support Starbucks 100% now!
