Misleading word choices. I asked the woman on the phone if the inspection was FREE, she said yes. The next day they billed for $140 for a "DIAGNOSTIC." Very specific choice of words "inspection" (which is just a status of brakes, fluids, etc...) vs "diagnostic" (actually looking for the problem). They never once mentioned charging me for a diagnostic. No exchange of money was mentioned by the shop until after they had completed work that required payment. I asked for some help with the bill, they gave me $10.00 off...not much help.
They discovered a valve issue that would cost $1900 to repair. I got a second opinion from another local shop that did not charge for a diagnostic. They fixed my problem for $1200 with the same warranty as these guys.
I do not recommend these guys. If you do go here, be VERY specific as to when they will charge you.
