Cherie Young

The worst staff ever, including what I think I heard someone say was the doctor. The doctor and lady at the counter treated me like I was an idiot and knew nothing about glasses when i received my new pair from them after waiting over 2 weeks to get them. The vision was so strong that it made me feel cross-eyed and the progressive lenses position was too high on the lenses. I have been wearing glasses for 35 years and progressives for the last 8 years to know when I get a badly made pair of lenses. When I asked for their return policy in writing they would not give me anything, only saying they would send the glasses back to get re-made if I could not "get used" to them after 2-3 weeks. My lenses also has markings and numbers that are visible, and when I questioned this I was told the manufacturers do this for the progressives. I've owned 4 pairs of progressives and never have I seen "markings" on the lenses. The lady took my old glasses and said there are markings on the lenses, you just can't see them. You sure as hell can see it on their lenses!!! I think this lady smoked crack on her lunch break! This lady and the doctor were very condescending while sitting there smiling stupidly at me and treating me like I knew nothing about glasses and acted as if I was "making up" how the vision was so poor. I am pretty sure when you put on a pair of new glasses (which i get at least every 2 years and there has never been a huge vision change) that the vision should not be blurry and make you feel like you are going cross-eyed. DO NOT GO HERE!! They're RIP-OFFS!! Response to owner: I understand errors are made, we are human and make mistakes. But the way your staff treated me was completely unacceptable. They spoke to me in a way that made me feel that I was wrong and I kept getting one excuse after another and told there was nothing wrong with the glasses. I have an eye exam every year and it has never changed that drastically. I even called my eye doctor to verify my vision had not changed from the previous exam and it did not. My eye doctor asked me if I was moving the glasses up and down my nose to see up close and far away and I told him yes. He said that is because the progressives are too high on your lenses and they need fixed. Your staff finally reached out to me a week later to see if I was adjusting to the new glasses. I was not. I tried every day for a week as soon as I got up in the morning and would have to take them off after a couple hours because I was so dizzy and had headaches. I was told to bring them back. When I did, the lady that checked the lenses had exclaimed, "Wow, I see what you mean, you can really see these numbers. We have been getting a lot of complaints about it and we will send these to a new manufacturer." I was told it would take a couple weeks for them to be done. It is now a month later and I have not received a call or text that they are in. My husband called this past week and lo and behold, they are in. Once these glasses are suitable to wear, my husband and I will never use your services again and have made sure our friends and family know the poor quality and treatment we have received. The only person that treated us nicely was the lady that helped us pick our frames and placed the order. The rest of your staff could learn from her what customer service is all about. P.S. I never called your staff any derogatory names.
