Got hassled by two young ladies in their late 20's to early 30's over Birth Certificate and SS Card. An if that where not enough, they also lied on a State Document by putting plates under my birthday instead of owner my wife and shorted us 5 months on plates for Motorcycle! They could not answer my questions about adult 8 hour driving course, which shows their lack of knowledge for State of Ohio B.M.V. Law's! I will be going back soon and I am going to file complaint with Manager Beth and the State of Ohio! I will bring Document from State which shows plates under wife's Name therefore her birthday applies not mine! So be aware Ladies Mr Tommy E Hicks (53 year resident of Preble co) is coming back with complaint!
