The guy that directed me to pull in my vehicle was very polite. After that he asked if there was a particular service advisor that I preferred. Once I was directed to Doug Marsh (service advisor) things got better. I honestly didn't expect things to go as great as it did! I had the hope for the best but expect the worst mind set. I was so impressed with how helpful and great that Doug Marsh was I made sure I left with his business card for future appointments. I am a very satisfied customer!! Thanks!!!
