I needed to have work done on my poor ford that had damage from a tree falling on it,while calling around to several body shops ,i found a lot of attitude, unfriendly and uncaring people who were too busy to offer straight answers and a time frame for repair work.
I felt very lucky to have stumbled upon Bob Gillingham ford in parma. I spoke with Joe,the manager of their body shop and he was undeniably the kindest, most helpful person i had come across.He was sympathetic with my circumstances and went above and beyond to try and help..Unfortunately my car was totaled and i was not able to have them repair the damage but i would highly recommend them to anyone considering repairs.
