Open at the time when you say store is open because you loose customers that way. Saw several people leave the line to purchase coffee either to catch flight or just annoyed. Not good as I'm sure Starbucks is right around the corner as your competitor.
Lastly, while i do not ecpect high energy staff in the morning, as part of customer service guest expects a warm welcome. However what the guests in line got was "not open right now, wait". Her back was toward us for good 15 mins. I know it's early but no need to be short.
Overall, coffee was decent...
PS: I guess I went in a bad day because after reading all the good reviews I am disappointe.
