Terrible experience. My pain didn’t start until AFTER the dental assistant placed my fillings. While placing them she was not confident (fumbling, making mistakes, apologizing because she kept poking and prodding around in my mouth) etc she also used a tool that you turn sort of like a crank onto the tooth and got it snagged on my lip once and tongue causing a sore on my tongue and a bruise on my lip...it was clear this assistant was not confident in herself and her experience yet the dentist still left her alone to place fillings in my mouth and drill in my mouth without supervision..I could tell i would have issues following the appointment. A week later, the pain is excruciating to the point i can’t even sleep. My face on the left side is filled with pain. My eyes ears and cheeks are in unbearable pain to the point of tears. I come back in for a follow up today and the dentist tells me my mouth is not infected but writes me a script for an antibiotic. No extra strength Tylenol, no ibuprofen, didn’t bother to even numb me to address at least the pain today.. but wrote a script for antibiotics. Didn’t explain the indication for the antibiotics, The assistant handed me the script with no explanation. I had to ask “ what is this for” and she (the assistant) responded “antibiotics for pain”. What a terrible experience! Poor communication, lack of empathy, poor practice all together! Not satisfied and would not recommend this place to any one!
