Buckle

Am a frequent shopper of buckle , always am pleased with the staff and my purchases. Had a unusual unpleasant experience near Lancaster OH! As usual I appointed a sales associate to help pick out the perfect ware for the upcoming season. just as Anglique Weaver ( she disclosed this information publicly to me) was helping me make a choice. She excused herself to walk away for a phone call. This did not bother me, yet 20 minutes later she returned , that was a bit of a bother. I thought to myself ( I have had things pop up at the wrong time ) decided to move on from this. It was when she returned to speak again to me in slow drawn out words, that made me become a bit suspicious. Not 100 percent sure if this is normal or something was off this day. I am always willing to give a second chance, but thought Buckle should know how there employees are treating there customers. Best regards, Samantha
