Zero Stars. Reserved a 16' truck a month in advance. Went to the location the week before to confirm the truck would be available at 8am on Sunday morning. The manager confirmed the truck would be there. Showed up on the day and NO TRUCK. The manager could have cared less lied to me about not knowing a truck a truck wouldn't be available but then saying that he spoke to the truck renter the day before and that they wouldn't be returning until 11am. Offered me the 10' truck with a duck taped windshield. This place is aweful.
Went to Penske - more expensive but worth it. The trucks are clean and the personnel were great - I got a truck within 30 minutes of leaving the idiots at Budget. PENSKE ROCKS - go there!
