Ordered an OTR microwave at Lowe's & this company called ME to schedule my installation. A woman by the name of Melissa left me a voicemail. When I called back, I spoke to a nice man who unfortunately failed to put me in their system for the time we had scheduled. The day of scheduling, no one obviously showed up during the 3-hour window scheduled so I called and spoke with Melissa. Melissa couldn't find me in the schedule and told me she'd call me back. Melissa failed to call back so when I called again and asked that my assessment fee be waived for the next scheduled time, she told me it was not their fault because she couldn't find me in her system. Melissa was unwilling to accept responsibility for the company's actions, accused me of calling the wrong place, and couldn't even accommodate my schedule after THEIR mistake. She was horrible to deal with over the phone and even recommended I use another company. Terrible customer service on her part!
