Went to this location because of location convenience. Got in the drive thru line at 12:45pm, about 5 cars ahead of us. Waited 5 minutes to get to the point to place our order only to be told it would be 10-15 minute wait because of their shift change. Seriously?! We drove away. Won't be back to this location. Hope the management sees the consistent bad reviews for this location and works to remedy. Burger King brand needs to work on getting their locations/franchisee owners up to par.
