Carpet One Floor & Moore

Carpet One was actually the flooring/tile contractor for my new home construction that was appointed by the home builder my wife I chose to build with. My first interaction with them was when one of their employees approached me during the build to point out that my foyer wall was out of square by about 1/2" per foot. The home builder had told them to just cheat it in as much as they could and I wouldn't notice. He did not feel that lying to me was a good approach. I appreciated his honesty and we got the wall straightened out in the end. After finding out they were local I started using them to purchase window treatments for our new home. 1 year in and we are making some changes and I am returning to Eric and the team yet again. They have always been honest and up front with me. I feel that their pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is great. This time around we are adding a tile backsplash to our kitchen and Harold is doing a great job yet again. We plan to finish out our basement in a few years and you can probably guess who we plan to call. Thank team!
