The work was great but I have a problem with the billing. This was not all their fault. I had work done between my dentist and their office... and did not understand my plan. I asked them to call my insurance company to make sure it was covered. They said I was OK. In all, I should have done all that myself! My problem came when I had a bill of $1,800 that I had to pay out of pocket! I called them up right away and asked them what happened.. to which they told me. I said I did not have the money to pay all that up front! However, I had $600 left in my HRA account.. which I sent them right away. I then said I could afford $100.00 a month to pay the rest off... to which they said that would be OK. 5 months into making regular payments, they send me a notice demanding I pay the balance off in three months! I called them up and told them about what we agreed to.... the person I talked to said I had to try to get credit to pay the bill or pay in three months and that they do not allow those kind of terms. I told her that you agreed to this and I have been paying it like clockwork! In the end, they kinda made me agree to pay $150.00 per month so it would be paid in 8 months. Again, not what we agreed to. I sent out a check for them to make them happy for the $150.00. As soon as they got that check they sent a new invoice right away. In all, I am sure they have people out there that they can't get money from. I budget my money and am 100% confident I will pay every dime. They went back on what we agreed on... so in all... beware of what you set up with them as they could go back on their word.
