Looked forward to Chick-fil-A all day. Got to the store at 7:20 as an employee walked away with the gates closed. I asked her what time she closes the store. After looking at a nearby clock she replied 7:15. The website for this store said they are open until the last flight departs. I am working the last flight, so we clearly hadn't departed. Disappointing that this store doesn't adhere to their listed times. Now I have to wait hours to eat. Extremely frustrated. Typically service is fast and food is fresh.
