This BP is a joke. I have decided to take my business elsewhere!
I have stopped in this location to cash my scratch off lottery tickets over 4 times and this location refuses to cash them for me. The gentleman (same gentleman every morning) at the counter always makes excuses on why he cannot cash lottery my tickets. The machine is down or we don't cash any tickets before 8:30am in the morning.....the excuses go on and on. Blah Blah Blah
Someone else try cashing their lottery tickets at this location, I want to see what he says to you.
I will be reporting this location to the Ohio Lottery Commission.
