If you use this storage facility you better have good insurance my unit and 10 other units were broke into on oct.20th. i lost 2k in items and had my motorcycle damaged that will cost me a deductible. Come to find out there was a break in alarm at 2:30 am and the management told the Hamilton police not to respond because they have had a few false alarms. I was told by police that they now charge a fee to respond to a false alarm and now some places are just telling the police not to respond to save the $50-$75 fee. this is very sad, 11 units could have been spared this break in but Mark the manager had to save a dollar.
