My wife and I thought the performance was OKAY. Myself being a musician (pianist for 15+ years, bassist for 10+ years, and drummer for 10+ years) I heard several missed notes in some of the songs. This was also noticed by our guests.
A issue arose when the harpist arrived. She needed assistance to lift the harp into the church pulpit. It seemed that the harpist would have her own helper to help put the instrument into a pulpit (which was about 5 stairs up off ground level). While lifting the harp into the pulpit she stated to one of the groomsmen and the father of the bride, "this harp costs more than your car! So be carful". The groomsman and father of the bride took offense to this. I took offense to this (me being the groom). This type of attitude was not professional.
After the ceremony the harpist needed help to bring the instrument down from the pulpit. So more of the groomsmen had to help her again.
We thought their performance was okay. Not as professional and crisp as was expected.
