My experience with this place was fantastic. My less-than-year-old 2016 Civic was hit hard by a minivan who didn't yield at a four-way stop, causing thousands of dollars in damages, mostly to the front end. They were recommended by SafeCo insurance and I'm glad I went with the recommendation! The damage was extensive enough that my car was under repair for roughly a month. I picked up my rental from their location and was able to leave it with them when finally picking up my car. I actually ran out of covered rental days and they worked with SafeCo to extend it until the repairs were done, telling me not to worry about it. They called at least once a week to update me on the progress and told me what days to expect a callback. They were transparent about what was being done to the car and always gave details, including answering any questions and concerns I had. When all said and done, my car is running and looking good as new, with no rattles or anything to show from the accident. The paint is matched so well that the only way to tell which panels were painted is looking at which pieces have no swirl marks. Hopefully I don't need to use a collision repair place again, but if I do, I'm headed back here.
