This place is really overpriced but has good desserts . I stop by often to purchase cake shakes . I've shopped here for about a year and never was told about the reward program until two months ago . In that time period 3 different times I was told that i could not redeem my star. The last time being because I was" paying with cash"? How ridiculous I get no credit because I'm paying with cash ? Today I was told that I could not have a water when I was choking on the cake shake I purchased . They told I had to buy one for 2.00. I will not be back. This place is whack .
