I had a pair of Columbia boots for 18 months and I noticed the heel on the inside was pretty worn out. This happens to all my shoes. So I stopped at the Columbia Outlet Store in Monroe, OH and the salesgirl told me that despite being out of warranty (by 6 months) and since they still carried that boot Columbia would repair them for free. All I had to do was pay for the cost of mailing them in.
Two weeks later Columbia called and told me there was too much damage and they couldn't repair them, but they would REPLACE THEM for FREE! Now that's how you treat a customer. Great boots. Great company
