New Balance

Today was my first time attempteing to shop at New Balance. I have purchaced items online and at other locations but never in an actual store. I must say that Josh the man pictured below was not friendly at all. I walked in and assumed that he would speak and he did not. While looking at shoes he played on the computer and did not even look my way. It was if I wasn't even worth his time. I definitely think that management needs to address this issue. I will not spend my hard earned money with a company that employees folks like Josh.
