As this particular location is convenient from my house on my way to work, and the fact that my wife enjoys Tim Hortons coffee, we pretty much are there every morning. However, the customer service at the front counter is slow with mostly unpleasant workers manning it. They seem to act like you are a nuisance when you ask for a sleeve or even an extra napkin. The machines seem to always be broken down. The donut selection never changes and the ones that do sell are always out. The breakfast sandwiches are always cold and not even slightly warm. The coffee "taste" changes from day to day as if they mix the blends together or don't clean the pots frequently. A few times we have gotten coffee that tastes burned. There are always "beggers" lurking inside. A few of the ladies go the extra mile so to speak but unfortunately the majority of the morning crew seems uninviting and at times very rude. On weekends my wife and I frequent another Time Hortons farther from our home just to get better coffee and service. Several times recently I even get the wrong mixtures even though we order the same coffee every time. I am not very satisfied with the 1-800 number as when you call it you get a guys personal number and he is never accessible to rant or compliment to.
Cashier was terrific, however employees didn't step up to the register when he was away momentarily. That would be a management problem that seems to be the status quo. Even a simple greeting from others behind the counter like somebody will be right with you has lasting effects.
