It is Friday at 5pm. Sbarro just told a line of 10 customers that they were out of pizza. It took the worker 5 minutes to acknowledge me. The 3 workers behind The counter were moving extremely slow. The ice cream machine is down and there is no ice at Burger King. Overall experience...terrible!
