Return policy should be clearly posted in the center of sales counter not on the left side as another customer was on the left side and could not be seen when purchased 90 bricks. They should also tell you at time of sale that all sales are final. Attacking a customer is not the way to go when they are upset either. Telling them you don’t care about small business isn’t the way to go either. Buyer be ware you can’t use their sample boards to match the brick and you can’t return it which they won’t tell you til it’s too late.
