Courtyard by Marriott Akron Stow

Hotel is very clean, rooms nicely appointed. Staff is amazing! The fine lady at the desk, checks you in, serves you drinks, and made a nice meal for our children. We went to the pool and we had an issue with some teenagers saying some stuff. Removed my children from the situation. As I was walking out noticed a managers door (that was open!), spoke to her about it. Ewa Hruby went and corrected the children and brought my kids some snacks. Fantastic! I usually don’t say much, but this is cool. I have stayed in some Great places and some bad ones. This is a Great place! Costumer service, customer service, customer service! This staff and management is (again) fantastic!
