CPR Cell Phone Repair Toledo

Went in asking questions and initially they seemed knowledgeable. I needed a battery in my phone replaced. Being a model of phone that they don't see a lot of they would have had to order in the battery. Asked if they could order a specific brand of battery and they couldn't do that. Fine, ordered the battery myself and took it and my phone in for them to install it...charged me a fair price and told me it would take about an hour. Came back in an hour and was told 20 more minutes. 20 minutes to buy and am told it'll take another 15 minutes...about half way through that wait, tech brings the battery and my phone out and says that he's not confident that he can open it without breaking it and he can't help me out. Wasting an hour and a half of time and doing nothing and then taking 3 days to process the refund was not appreciated... As a side note...changed the battery myself in under a half hour at home after watching a YouTube video..never done it before, and didn't break anything...leaves me to wonder about the skill set of the "technicians"

Crazy fast service will definitely recommend this place to people. So worth the traffic! Phones like new the boys made my phone like new again!
