Me and my wife got the pleasure of looking for almost all of our own homes. The homes Ms Karm did show us were nothing that we were interested in. She not once actually answered her phone. Had to wait for her to screen it then call us back. After we finally closed on the house I got to live out the dream of kicking in my own house door! Mainly because Sherry didn't bother to make sure we got keys. She let the homeowner call us and give us the digital deadbolt code (which had dead batteries). I wouldn't recommend Howard Hannah to anyone after my friend working through the Fairlawn office had a similar experience.
