Horrible vet. Go anywhere else if you need emergency help. These people are only caring based on your ability to to pay up front. I didn't have the $850 cash flush to pay immediately, but once they knew I had a little over $250 they took that to clean her wounds and put staples in her which they themselves said was not ideal. The sad thing is I have the money, just needed a day or two to transfer the funds, but they didn't care. These people are only compassionate if you have the cash in hand. EDIT for inability to follow through--- Called at 7:30 this morning for an e-mail receipt, it is now past 1pm. and no response. Obviously follow up is not in their "razor thin" margins. Just take all you can and don't let the door hit you on the way out. You Centerville snobs make me sick, compassion if you have the cash in hand. Just remember this if you have an emergency your better off elsewhere. EDIT#2 05-08-18 After follow up care with my vet, turns out you were taking advantage of my state of distress and were going to unnecessarily sedate my dog, witch was going to be a large portion of you $800+ fee you were trying to charge me, like an auto mechanic trying to scam customers for unnecessary repairs. You people are scum! STAY AWAY if you value your pet and your budget. I've read your other replies to poor reviews, and I can assure you that your response is disingenuous and an attempt to cover up how you conduct business.

Our beloved 6 year old, previously healthy Corgi, Larry became seriously ill suddenly but his symptoms were subtle. His eyes were bloodshot and didn't improve with treatment. He was a bit "off", but no vomiting, no diarrhea. A routine blood test done by our vet before we were to see a canine eye specialist showed extremely high liver enzymes and other strange results. We were immediately referred to Care Center. We were treated beautifully at Care Center. In spite of their efforts, including IV antibiotics and many tests, his condition escalated and his lungs began to fail. It was heart wrenching. We cannot say enough about the care we received. They were very considerate of the costs we were undertaking and took every step they could to keep costs low. The entire staff was caring and compassionate. I know some of the reviews here are harsh, but after my experience, I have to say I think the harsh reviews have to be because of the emotional toll the loss of a pet takes coupled with the expense of trying to save the life of a furry family member. We are retired. The $3,000 bill for 3 days hit us hard, but in my heart I know that every penny was worth trying to give our best friend a chance. Thank you Care Center Staff for trying your best.
