Monro Muffler Brake & Service

Jim is extremely honest and helpful when taking excellent care of his customers. Very timely and fair. Didn't even charge me for checking my brakes. I thought they were worn but they just needed broke in. He could have charged me for new ones but instead took time to visually show me what I needed to look for on my car in his shop. Great customers service!! I highly recommend this shop.

The service advisors were very helpful. There was nothing truly wrong with my vehicle and they were honest with me about that. They did not force their hand and try to make me buy something I didn't truly need. They even printed out tips specific to my vehicle if I ran into the issue again. I will go back again.
