I have been there a couple times before not too bad of a place. But today I would actually give 0 Stars. I was checked in at 12:15 and told they would be about a half an hour. I got a few things from the store realize that she was still on the child that she would just take it in and there's one more person in front of me so I probably have a little bit more than half an hour. I got back at 12:50 she was working on the woman that was in front of me by 1:35 she just finished a woman's hair and was now going to do her eyebrows and asked if I minded to let the woman behind me go first. Are you kidding me over an hour to trim a bob
