I can only speak for the men’s section - the name of the place should be called Express-for-less. Most of the clothes are left-over last four seasons items from Express. Just look closely at each item and you can make out ok. Next level thrift store, dare I say? Went through women’s tops once with my girl and that was worse. Needle in a haystack attempt that rendered us unsuccessful. But we only tried once. Someone else with more time to spare may have a better result. Good luck.
