They were very nice, we did have to wait over 45 minutes before we saw someone, but 914.00 to pull a tooth is completely unreasonable. My brothers dog had 2 teeth removed and a tumor in the throat and it was 350.00 . We took him in because of scratching and she diagnosed him and gave him a steroid shot plus iv fluid to stop the itching and it's been 3 days and he has seen no relief at all, and all that was focused on was the chipped tooth and he has shown no signs of discomfort at all, they pressed us to have the surgery days after we were there but my mom lives off her social security and this tooth removal would've eaten her whole monthly check, she just can't afford that. I am saddened that you would tell an untruth..my mom did NOT cry at all, beau is not in pain, that is not the reason you all tried to schedule him asap...if she was upset at all, it was because the cost almost exceeded her total monthly income. . The assistants were all very sweet and caring but mom did NOT get a warm reception from Dr Prescott, she spent no more than 5 to 7 minutes with us and harped on the fact that beau was in pain cause of his tooth when that isn't even the reason we initially brought him in for. When we took him back to our original vet, he sat down with us, went over everything in great detail, he spent over 40 minutes with us, he wasn't in a rush to get us in and out, and going forward, that is what we are looking for with our vet. We thank you for seeing us, it just appears that it wasn't a good fit for either of us. Thank you
