I was interested in a small family owned shop that did custom rings and worked with Palladium (it's more durable than white gold and cheaper than platinum) Our first contact with one another started via email- he's very responsive! He also expressed patience during our buying process (no big business sales tactics/pressure) and helped us find the right rings. I liked their Medina store location much better than their Macedonia store location. Much more intimate and quiet there, but that's just personal preference.
