DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cleveland Downtown - Lakeside

Thank God we are leaving tomorrow! The beds are hard as rocks, I haven't slept good one night since we've been here (checked in on 3/26/18). The hot tub/Jacuzzi hasn't worked since we've been here, the pool water has been freezing cold since we got here when it's supposed to be heated, the in-room coffee maker doesn't work (I couldn't take another day of Starbucks' stronger than steel coffee), housekeeping never cleaned our room yesterday, there is no microwave in the room, and no complimentary breakfast! For all the money paid for this hotel, you would think they would offer a complimentary breakfast! When I booked, I did know that there was no complimentary breakfast, but I would have thought that you could just walk in to the restaurant at the hotel for breakfast, but, no, you need a reservation! This is not mentioned anywhere that you need a reservation for breakfast! Let's just say that I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
